Syncare

Syncare makes a senior-friendly tablet that helps older people stay in touch with family, with large text, loud audio and simple video calls, plus a dashboard for the families and care facilities who support them. We designed across the product: the tablet interface, the caregiver dashboard and the marketing website in Framer.

Designing for seniors

Familiar interaction patterns could not be taken for granted. The main navigation sits on the left to reduce accidental taps from right-handed users, body text never drops below 20px, and colors stay high-contrast. A voice assistant, in alpha at the time, lets people say what they need instead of hunting for buttons.

The caregiver dashboard

Family members and facility staff can manage several tablets at once, respond to messages, calls and photos, add or remove apps and check calendars remotely.

The website

Syncare was preparing its first major push, so the site needed to carry warmth and convert. It leans on real moments and testimonials, avoids tech jargon and gives a clear path to sign up, whether someone is buying a tablet for a parent or rolling Syncare out across a care facility.
