What has been for you the hardest part of design or development to master?

I had an internship for 2 months where I worked closely with the CEO (and founder) of a marketing/creative agency. He said that agency model is shifting from what it used to be because of AI.

Do you think agencies will still have a place as they used to in web design, UI/UX and marketing? Will they have to change in scale? Or will freelancers become more valuable?
