Happy to see my template in the Top 10 in the Best section. But honestly, with so many AI products launching right now (most of my freelance projects are AI / SaaS) it makes sense that this template category is popular.

Creating UX/UI design and Framer sites for founders who value their time.
Making components with an AI agent for my new @Framer template. So far, I’ve made a background with adjustable square sizes, gaps, spacing, and colors, plus an animated text box, put them together in a little shot. I’m enjoying experimenting with small animations that don’t make the screen feel too busy.
My 4th template Foreal is now in the first row of the Real Estate Listings category, it feels like a big deal for me.
I worked with real estate for years, so I spent a lot of time thinking about what actually must be on a real estate website. I don’t think this is the most impressive design visually, but structure, content, and understanding of how real estate websites actually work matter more.
This week I made an update to my third Framer template, WaitlistKit, based on a few things template buyers kept asking me for:
- added a collection of 20 background elements you can use instead of the default image
- added a step-by-step guide for setting up the form
Check it out here: https://waitlistkit.framer.website/
Recent design project. The cube was created in Midjourney, refined and cleaned up in Photoshop (yeah), video generated in Google Flow. Interface and icon animations made with Figma. And I think it will be easy to turn it into a real website in Framer.
I still can’t seem to master the whole “design in one prompt” thing. What am I doing wrong? /s
I wanted to try 3D in Framer, but somehow ended up building a component. The spikes are adjustable, although it’s still purely decorative. Used up the rest of my august tokens and finished it in Codex )
Yesterday I got the first commission from my template Foreal. As usual, it took almost a month of silence after launch before the first sale came in. AI or not, building a website is still not an easy task.
Design for a secluded wellness retreat inspired by Japanese architecture, seasonal landscapes, and slow living. Video in Seedance and interactions planned for Framer.
Just a few previews from my latest Framer template. They turned out so sunny. A little sad that summer is almost over.
Finally finished my 4th @framer template. I simplified it quite a bit along the way, since real estate is still a fairly conservative industry, and I wanted the design without overcomplicating things.
Would really appreciate your likes 🫶
Experimenting with the Framer AI agent: I created a dark version of my template with one simple prompt. Yes, it needed a few manual tweaks, but they only took about 5 minutes. Generating the hero image actually took much longer ) I added a link to this version to the updates section inside the my original template Lurais
Graft, my @Framer template, is now live on @Landbookgallery

I’ve almost finished my fourth Framer template, and so far, it’s been my most complex project yet. Last night I dream about connecting multiple CMS collections together just to build even more and more advanced filters )
Anyway, it’s been a very useful experience. Soon available on the marketplace.
I looked through a lot of variants hover mask effects component by different creators and decided to make my own using @Framer Workshop. I initially wanted a watercolor effect, but it ended up being way too heavy. Still, I really like the final result
