Been quiet on Realtiq, but still building 🏡
Refining the details, adding new stuff, and planning some extras to include.
Here's the listings page so far. What would you add to a real estate template?

My first affiliate report 🎉
$0 earned. 39 clicks. 2 leads.
Small numbers, but the clicks grew +86% from last month.
Will post this every month, no matter what 😅
Let's see where October takes it 👀

Introducing Smart Contact Link 🎉
Type a phone or an email. It detects which one it is, and gives your visitors a choice: call/send or copy.
No layout shift. Icons or text. Free for everyone 🫶
Grab it 👇
Every contact link on the web does one thing.
Either it opens your mail app, or it copies the email.
What if the visitor could choose? 👀
Building a new Framer component. One click, two options.
Would you use this on your site?
Testimonial Bubble
Testimonial Bubble is an animated testimonial carousel. Click a photo and it grows to the center, while a timer ring shows how long each review stays before the next one appears.
Every comment, star rating, name, role and photo is editable, and you can add a placeholder image for testimonials without a photo.
I'd love to see where you use it 🫶
Finally decided to make KeyFrame free — my template for video editors, content studios & creative teams. 🎉
Rather have people using it than sitting behind a price tag. Link here
Small detail I'm proud of in Gilt Navbar: the gold border isn't static — it's a slow animated gradient that only shows up around the CTA (desktop) or the menu icon (mobile).
Tiny touches like this take way longer than they should 😅 worth it?
KeyFrame just got repositioned, and I want to be transparent about why.
I built this template to be the most complete thing I've shipped — full CMS integration, an AI copywriter that generates all your site copy from a CSV, a cinematic showreel waitlist page with background video support, and a pre-launch checklist so you don't forget SEO, links, or social previews before going live.
I launched it at $99, targeting "video production agencies." Zero sales in months. Meanwhile BrandFrame, my simpler template, kept selling.
The template wasn't the problem. The audience was too narrow and too far from the Marketplace.
So I fixed it: KeyFrame is now $59, and the positioning shifted to video editors, content studios, and creative teams — people who are actually browsing here.
Would love your feedback if you check it out 🙏

Wild contrast in my component rankings this month:
🚀 Gilt Navbar (paid): +10 → jumped 4k spots overnight 📈 Island Navbar (free): no spikes, just steady climbing for weeks
Same marketplace, two completely different growth curves. Makes me think free = slow trust, paid = quick signal.
What's your experience — free or paid components ranking better for you?
A template is more than sections and animations. Before building Realtiq's pages, I designed its identity first — wordmark, monogram, favicon.
Do you usually start with branding too, or jump straight into the layout? 👀

Built this scroll transition for Realtiq — the hero image morphs into the same rounded shape as the listing cards below 🎬
Small touch but it ties the whole page together.
Worth keeping or too much? 👀

Gilt Navbar goes paid in a few hours ($10).
If you've been holding off, this is your last window to grab it free.
That gold gradient border on the CTA? Fully animated, adapts from desktop to mobile automatically 🫶

Your navbar doesn't have to look like everyone else's 🥇
Gilt Navbar adapts from desktop to mobile, wrapping its CTA in a gilded liquid-gradient border that never stops moving.
Free on the @framer Marketplace until Monday, then $10 👇
My last two components have reached very high on the Framer Marketplace! It's good to see this after my components crashed in Framer 3.0 🚀
15 hours left before Flap Split Reveal goes paid.
If you haven't grabbed it yet, now's the time — free until the countdown hits zero ⏱
