Tavrelle

Tavrelle is a calm, editorial website template for independent estate agencies that sell and let homes. Every home lives in the CMS, so adding a listing gives it a card, a photo gallery and its own page without touching the layout.

Highlights

- An enquiry that writes the email: visitors choose a viewing, a valuation, a registered search or a message, answer a few quick questions and leave a name and number. The component writes the email for them to send from their own mail app, or copy. There's no form service to set up.

- Property pages filled from the CMS: a photo gallery with thumbnails, swipe and a counter, the four key facts, the agent who looks after the home, and the neighborhood.

- Properties with a For sale / To let filter.

- A Sell page built to win instructions: a sale timeline that draws as visitors scroll, a recent sales table showing each sale against its asking price, your fee and a FAQ.

- Team cards that turn over to show each agent's bio, areas, languages and direct contact.

- Quiet motion that respects reduced motion.
