Freehold

Freehold is a Framer template for independent estate agents who sell and let homes in one town and the villages around it.

The first screen puts the price first. Below it, every home on the books sits on one wall with its price, beds, baths and floor area, and a tap on a type or a bed count re-sorts the wall in place. Each property opens its own page from the CMS.

There is a valuation section with a short form and the agency's numbers, a page for every area with its average price and the homes available, the team with their direct lines, seller reviews, and a journal for local market notes.

Every page works on desktop, tablet and phone, with a real phone menu. Properties, areas and journal posts all live in the CMS, every layer is native Framer, and a guide page walks you through it.
