About Vantage Carousel
Vantage Carousel
An image carousel that doesn't look like every other image carousel. The centre image sits full size with its neighbours peeking in on either side, captions ride on a blurred plate, and it loops forever in both directions.
Three layouts, one component:
* Parallax — the centre image with its neighbours in view
* Single — one image at a time
* Coverflow — a scaled, faded fan
How people move through it:
* Click the arrows, drag it, use the arrow keys, or let it autoplay
* Autoplay pauses on hover, with an interval you choose
* Dots, a counter, both, or no pagination at all
What you set:
* Layout, centre width, the height of the neighbours, the gap and the corner radius
* Captions — top, bottom, or off
* A dark or a light theme for the buttons, captions, dots and counter
What you don't:
* The look is tuned and baked in. There are no font, colour, padding or button-size pickers,
because twenty of those let you build something worse than the default and bury the handful of
settings that matter. Seventeen settings, not forty-four.
Built properly:
* No external libraries — one component, nothing else to install
* Responsive: drops to a single image below a width you set
* Real carousel accessibility — keyboard support, ARIA roles, and a live region so screen readers announce each slide
* Respects each visitor's reduced-motion setting
* Ships with demo images built in, so it looks right the moment you drop it on the canvas
Who it's for: designers building portfolios, case studies, product galleries and editorial pages who want a carousel with some taste in it.
One licence, $7, unlimited websites — personal, commercial and client work.
