A UK buy-to-let rate stress table for Framer, as a code component: not one verdict at one rate, but the whole range a lender re-runs before it will lend.

Price, monthly rent, down payment, mortgage term, fees and costs, the additional dwelling surcharge and repayment or interest-only are property controls, and a summary row shows price, rent, loan, stamp duty, cash to complete and basis worked from them.

Stress rate min, max and step build the table: at the shipped defaults, 4% to 9% in 0.5% steps, eleven rows, each with its monthly payment, monthly cash flow, DSCR and a pass or fail verdict against a DSCR threshold you set as a control rather than a hardcoded line.

A spotlight rate marks the nearest row, and it follows the Spotlight rate control when that is edited in the panel, not only when the slider is dragged. Below its minimum width the table scrolls sideways rather than dropping the verdict column off the edge.

Stamp duty keeps the England and Northern Ireland residential bands with the additional dwelling surcharge applied on top of every band. The figures are an estimate and the component says so on its own face, not tax or lending advice.

It does not compute a gross or net rental yield and does not show a cash-on-cash return: it is a stress table across a rate range, not a single-rate yield calculator.
