CMS Lightbox Gallery

Turn any CMS collection into a polished fullscreen lightbox.

Open images, uploaded videos and FrameRate embeds with smooth navigation. Browse using swipe gestures, keyboard controls, on-screen arrows or an optional thumbnail strip.

Please note: Framer native Gallery fields are not currently supported.

When a video or FrameRate embed is added, it replaces the image as the main media for that item. The image remains visible as the thumbnail and static preview.

How to use

Add the component Place it inside your CMS item or layout.

Connect your image Bind your CMS image field to the Image property.

Add optional media Connect an uploaded video or paste a FrameRate iframe code or embed URL into FrameRate Embed.

Add text Connect optional caption and gallery title fields.

Create a gallery Give related items the same Gallery ID to group them into one lightbox.

Customise Adjust the layout, navigation, thumbnails, colours, typography and controls from the properties panel.
