Project Scroll is live on the Marketplace, and it's free.

It turns a list of projects into a full-screen index. Scroll, drag or use the arrow keys, and the nearest project snaps to the centre in full colour while the rest fade to grayscale.

It loops in both directions, works on tablet and phone, and everything is editable through property controls.
