Smart Testimonial Component Overview Video

Two layouts. One powerful component.

SmartTestimonials gives you two display modes in a single drop: Split Photo places a full-bleed portrait beside your quote, while Quote-only keeps the focus entirely on the words. Switch between them instantly from the properties panel — no code, no rebuilding.

Built for real client work

Most testimonial components are static. SmartTestimonials is built to move. Slides transition with a smooth fade or slide animation, auto-play cycles through your reviews on a timer you control, and the whole thing pauses on hover so readers can actually finish a quote. Swipe works on mobile too.

What's inside

Two layouts — Split Photo (image left or right) and Quote-only, with automatic mobile stacking
Animated transitions — fade or slide, fully hardware-accelerated
Auto-play — configurable interval with pause-on-hover and swipe support
Star ratings — 1 to 5 stars with custom active and empty colors
20+ source badges — Google, Trustpilot, G2, Clutch, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, Tripadvisor, Capterra, and more. Custom source option included
Quote mark — built-in icon with color and size control
Word highlight — colorize specific words inside any quote to draw attention
Smart avatar — auto-sizes to match name and role height. Falls back to initials when no photo is uploaded
Dot navigation — windowed to 6 dots with edge fading when there are more slides. Or switch to a progress bar
Arrow buttons — with hover states and mobile tap feedback
Up to 20 testimonials — add, remove, and reorder from the array control
Full style control — background, padding, corner radius, fonts, colors, spacing — all from the panel

Responsive by default

The Split Photo layout detects the component's own width using a ResizeObserver and stacks vertically when it drops below your chosen breakpoint.

Who it's for

Agencies building client sites, SaaS landing pages, service businesses, portfolios — anyone who needs social proof that actually looks premium and works out of the box.
