As btrax evolved from a design agency into a global design and innovation partner, we redesigned our own website to better represent who we are, what we do, and the value we bring to companies expanding across borders.

The goal was to create a digital presence that clearly communicates btrax’s unique position at the intersection of the U.S. and Japan—combining strategy, research, branding, localization, UX/UI design, and marketing to help companies succeed in new markets.

We restructured the website around our core services, capabilities, work, insights, and global presence, making it easier for prospective clients to understand how btrax can support their business at different stages of international growth.

The visual system was also redesigned to feel more contemporary, expressive, and globally relevant while maintaining the personality and creative energy of the btrax brand.

The experience was developed in both English and Japanese, with each version designed to communicate naturally to its respective audience rather than functioning as a direct translation.
