Gather, playful by nature, enterprise by design.

Gather is a leading virtual workspace platform, the place where teams around the world meet, work, and spend time together in a space that feels more like a world than a video call. They had outgrown their old Webflow site. The founding team wanted a digital presence worthy of a platform teams already trust worldwide, and they wanted to be able to keep it moving without a developer in the loop for every change. Gather's brand is playful by nature, and that personality is part of why people love it, but the site also had to read as credible to the enterprise buyers evaluating it. Too playful and it loses trust; too corporate and it loses the magic. All of this on a tight timeline.

Modular section library

Rather than hand over a set of fixed pages, we built a flexible system of no-code blocks. Gather's team can assemble new pages, test new ideas, and keep marketing moving on their own.

Refreshed design language

We developed a design system that holds Gather's two sides together: the signature playfulness that makes the brand feel alive, and the polish and structure that signal enterprise-grade credibility. The result feels unmistakably like Gather, and it earns trust.

Custom modules that show the product

Gather's whole value is an experience that's hard to explain in a static screenshot. We built custom modules that bring the virtual workspace to life on the page, so visitors feel what the product is rather than just read about it.

Built to convert

Throughout, the redesign was shaped around marketing performance, with the structure and modules designed to guide visitors toward action.

The hard part here wasn't any single page. It was making a playful brand feel enterprise-ready without flattening its personality, and doing it fast. We delivered a flexible, scalable web presence that Gather's team owns and can grow, with custom modules that capture what makes the product special, all on an accelerated timeline.
