Trident Crane

Brief

Trident Crane Service is a union crane operator (IUOE Local 150), licensed and insured for Illinois and the City of Chicago. They handle lifting, roofing support, structural installations, container handling, and crane rental for contractors and developers. Their customers usually need a crane soon and decide fast, so the site had to make calling or requesting a quote effortless and rank for local searches across Chicago.

Approach

I designed and built the site in Framer. The phone number sits in the header on every page, and Request a Quote repeats down the home page. Each of the six services has its own page, so a search for container handling or crane rental in Chicago lands on matching content. The Crane Journal, a CMS collection of articles on Chicago neighborhoods and project types, supports local search, and an OpenStreetMap map shows the coverage area. Union credentials and customer testimonials sit near the top, where a site manager looks for proof before calling.

Result

Trident's team can publish new neighborhood and project articles through the CMS without a developer, and customers can call or request a quote from any page.
