Built to make daily organization feel simple, fast, and actually manageable. Instead of complex setups and overwhelming calendars, Fixa offers an intuitive, low-friction interface that helps users start planning even if they’ve never used a planner before.

The core of the product is an AI assistant that turns natural language into structure: users can type or speak what they want to do, and Fixa instantly converts it into a ready-to-follow daily schedule. This case study focuses mostly on the website design, where we translated the product’s clarity and energy into a modern landing experience explaining the value in seconds, building trust in the AI-powered experience, and guiding users toward a confident first step.
