About Billow
Billow, a product we built end to end. For ourselves.
The product
An operations platform that runs from lead to paid. A pipeline and built-in CRM so warm leads stop slipping through the cracks. Projects that connect contracts, offers, and invoices in one view, so "what's the status of this?" has an instant answer. Fast, multi-currency invoicing that chases payments for you. And a cockpit that gives you the high-level view of the whole business, with real depth underneath it, the kind of detailed metrics that live inside Projects, Invoices, and every other corner of the tool. Clarity at the top, substance all the way down. Smart Insights then surfaces the patterns hiding in the numbers: which clients pay late, which projects lose money, what's genuinely working.
The engineering
This is a real, robust product, not a no-code build. And not a vibe-coded one neither. It's engineered on Laravel, React, Tailwind, and Radix UI, led by our engineering lead using an agentic workflow that let a very small team build something genuinely substantial.
The brand
We created Billow from scratch, the name, the identity, and the voice, built around a single promise: run on facts, not guesswork.
The marketing site
We designed and built the launch site on Framer, the waitlist home that introduces Billow to the world ahead of its closed beta.
The achievement
This is the whole of Trueform in one project. We didn't just design a brand, or build a site, or ship an app. We did all three, for our own product, to the exact standard we'd put in front of any client. And we did it lean: roughly half of one engineer's time and a fraction of a designer's. The result is this strong not because we threw bodies at it, but because of how we work. The tool we run our agency on is becoming a product other studios can run on too.
